Blitzen is one of our "reindeer-named" boys born in the month of December, and is a littermate to our boy Cupid. Blitzen is a very loving boy, and takes everything on with an enthusiastic happy attitude, wonderful temperament, and fantastic fun-loving personality. He loves to give hugs to everyone, a trait inherited from his Grandpa, Pistol.

Blitzen is a working dog, show dog, and our companion. In the Breed Ring, he finished his Championship easily, and is now being campaigned as a Special by Roseann, always breeder-owner-handled, just like all of our other dogs. In Blitzen’s first few months of campaigning in 2008, he has already made his way into the Top ranked Malamutes in the USA, and is a Multiple Group Winner and Multiple Group Placer.

We are consistently receiving compliments from judges and fellow exhibitors that "he certainly looks like a working dog that could pull you out of a snow storm." Yet even though exhibiting strong powerful movement, he gaits effortlessly, and then looks at you with his cute friendly face as if to say, "Can I give you a hug now?"

Blitzen's Accomplishments:

• Received his 2008 AKC Eukanuba National Championship Dog Show Invitation, as qualifying to complete as one of the top ranked Alaskan Malamutes in the USA.
• Has earned Multiple AKC Group ONE's, multiple Group Placements, and many Best of Breed Wins, currently being campaigned beginning in May 2008 by Roseann, always breeder-owner-handled.
• Completed his Championship always shown in the Bred-by-Exhibitor Class, always breeder-owner-handled, winning a "Bred-by-Exhibitor GROUP 1" along the way!
• 11 months of age: AMCA National Specialty, November 2005 - Placed 3rd in Puppy Sweepstakes, and also placed 3rd in Futurity in the large 9-12 month class!
• 10 months: New Jersey Specialties, October 2005 - Won Best Senior Puppy in Sweepstakes at the Ramapo Specialty! And also, placed 2nd and 4th in the large Bred-by-Exhibitor Class with heavy competition at these specialties!!
• 16 weeks: Best of Breed and Puppy Working Group II at the big Match held at the Harrisburg K.C. Show, April 2005. Defeated several Malamute puppies for Best of Breed, and placed Group II in a large Puppy Working Group!
